Maybelline Baby Lips: Pink Punch and Repair: Intense Care.

So… like everyone else, I followed the crowd to Superdrug as soon as the Maybelline baby lips came out in the UK. This product is raved about in the USA and everyone went crazy as soon as they heard they were coming here.  There are 6 shades to choose from and I purchased Pink Punch and Repair: Intense Care. They are incredible. Now I know why everyone loves them.

Firstly, the packaging is so cute! They are so eye catching. The bright colours just make me smile. The smell is just so fresh and sweet too and I also love the fact they have SPF in them. They are both very moisturising and for £2.99 what more could you want?

Pink Punch gives you a beautiful pink tint. It’s perfect for a tinted lip balm. This is really good if you want a coloured lip but don’t really want to wear a lipstick and want something more natural. I’ve got to say the colour only lasts about an hour or two so you will have to re-apply to keep the colour. Repair: Intense Care is clear but makes your lips shine.  It makes your lips feel so soft and I love putting this one on before bed because when I wake up my lips feel so hydrated. Both very gorgeous products and I will be going back to Superdrug to purchase the other ones. 

I have really dry lips during the autumn and winter months so I am continuously getting chapped lips and I think these lip balms really help with that. They really keep my lips moisturised but like I said earlier I did have to apply it a few times throughout the day to keep it nice and fresh.
