September Favourites

So September was a fabulous month for me as it was my birthday month... not just any birthday this year, the big TWENTY ONE!! As soon as September ends I start to become so excited for Halloween, Bonfire Night & finally CHRISTMAS. I know people will say it’s a little early but I can’t wait for Christmas markets, Christmas films, Christmas decorations, Christmas songs… I just can’t wait for Christmas!! Oh, and snow! (I honestly can’t wait to have snowball fights like a big kid!) Please leave a comment if you are as excited for Christmas like me!!

So, as September has ended it’s time for September Favourites. I’ve got a bunch of random stuff that I’ve really loved this month!

Google Nexus 7 Tablet: So a present I got off my parents for my birthday is the Google Nexus 7 Tablet. I’m just totally in love with it. At one point I was one of the people who was like ‘why would you need a tablet if you’ve got a smartphone or laptop?’ now I know why. They are just so addictive. Apps just seem so much better on the tablet than my IPhone. Honestly, it’s just so handy and so easy to carry around. The only downfall is that to use the internet you’ve got to be connected to Wi-Fi so I’m currently asking every place I visit if they are have Wi-Fi lol! But yes, I am so pleased I got this for my birthday. If you know any good apps or where I can purchase a cute little case for it please let me know!
Pandora Ring: So another present I received for my 21st birthday off one of my best friends was this Pandora Ring. It is my birthstone called Lapis Lazuli. It is so cute and is an absolutely gorgeous blue colour stone! I wear it pretty much every day. In the collection there is other jewellery and I’ve already spied another ring which goes with it lovely.

Estee Lauder Signature Powder Blush: Possibly one of my best bargains yet. I grabbed this for 50p at a car boot sale. It’s in the colour Nude Nuance. It’s a gorgeous coral/nude blush. I wear it most days as it looks great with any outfit and makeup. It’s got a lovely shimmer to it but it’s not too shimmery. I know I will be wearing this quite a lot through autumn and winter.

Loreal Paris Rouge Caresse Lipstick:  I bought this lipstick because I forgot to put one in my handbag one day when I was out shopping and I am so pleased I got it. I have been loving this lipstick all month. I have it in the shade 07 Cheeky Magenta which is a beautiful pink colour. It’s a great pop of colour to an outfit. It makes your lips feel so soft and hydrated. I know autumn is here which usually means wearing purples and red but I really think I’ll wear this throughout autumn and winter. It’s such a bargain at £7.99.

No7 Stay Perfect Lipstick: I got a £5 off No7 products voucher at boots so I instantly thought ‘let’s get a new lipstick’ I wanted a purple lipstick but not a really dark purple and I have found the perfect one. I got this lipstick in the shade Glace. It’s a lipstick you can wear all year round. It says it lasts for 8 hours and I can honestly say it really does last a long time. It makes your lips feel so soft too. It’s definitely worth the £9.50!!

Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Body Lotion: I have used this product so much recently! It smells like almonds, which is divine. It is a deep moisture body milk which I put on after the shower. It has an oat, yoghurt & honey formula which is very conditioning. It makes my skin feel so soft and moisturised after using it. It is quite pricey at £10.00 but boots usually have 3 for 2 offers on Soap and Glory products which I just can’t pass up.

E45 Cream: As autumn and winter comes and the weather turns cold, I always get dry skin. E45 has become a life saver. Honestly, it softens and hydrates my skin and leaves me feeling so smooth. If I am having a dry skin day/week I will put this on morning and night and after my showers and it really does help with dry skin. It’s not greasy and does leave me feeling relieved.

Tony and Guy Reconstruction Hair Mask: So since I bleached my hair two years ago to go pink, it instantly damaged my hair. Continuing to bleach my hair before dying it purple, blue and other random colours it just kept weaken and damaging my hair so I found this in boots. I bought it about six months ago and just threw it in my hair care cupboard and totally forgot about it. After sorting everything out, I found it. Even after the first time of using it I could feel the difference. My hair felt so soft. I haven’t used it long enough to see a difference in strength of my hair but I can definitely feel a difference.

What are your favourites of September? I'd love to know as I want to start trying new stuff out.. any suggestions would be great!!
